Accident Insurance
All employees travelling on company business, anywhere in the world, automatically receive business travel accident coverage at no extra cost to them. Travel accident coverage is equal to five times their base annual earnings.

Childcare Vouchers (part of Abbott Life flexible benefits programme)
Employees can take advantage of the childcare voucher scheme. As these vouchers are exempt from National Insurance Contributions, it can help take away some of the financial anxiety you may have regarding childcare.

The Clara Abbott Foundation was established to provide financial and educational assistance to Abbott families around the world and is available to employees and retirees of Abbott or subsidiaries, as well as their spouses and dependent children.
